Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough background check before they're hired. We only hire trustworthy and reliable professionals to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.

At The Fairies of Okc, we value your time and strive to provide prompt and efficient cleaning and repair services. Please provide us with 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our technicians’ schedules and allocate their time to other clients.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge an appointment fee of $25 to your account.

Failing to cancel  scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in 25% of the scheduled service cost if our tech show up .and you are a no show 

Please note this policy helps us maintain our quality of service and availability to our clients. We understand emergencies can and do occur, so we consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. There is a possibility of waiving the cancellation fee.
