At The Fairies of Okc, we value your time and strive to provide prompt and efficient cleaning and repair services. Please provide us with 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our Cleaners and Tech schedules and allocate their time to other clients.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge an appointment fee of $25 to your account. If you fail to cancel and or reschedule within the 24 hr period and a Tech arrives, a $50 charge will be added to you account.**
A Convenience Fee of 3.0% (of total cost) will be applied to all Debit/Credit card payments that are made via online pay-links and invoices and or in person card transactions.
We strive to be on time at each project and guarantee our services from start to finish. Because of this we expect to receive full payment no later than completion of service(s).If payment isn't receive by 5pm the day of service(s) completion a $25 late fee will be charged to your account.**
**Please note that these policies help us maintain our quality of service and availability to our clients. We understand emergencies can and do occur, so we consider such situations on a case-by-case basis. There is a possibility of waiving the cancellation fee.
